THE FOLLOWING STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL BUSINESS CONDUCTED WITH WINDSOR PHILATELICS

  • Windsor Philatelics is the trading name of the husband and wife partnership of Steve and Frances Walker.

  • Any item listed and illustrated on this website or in details provided by email or by post following specific enquiry is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. All items are offered subject unsold prior to order.

  • All items are in the condition as described in the listings and/or as apparent from the illustrations and are without significant fault unless stated otherwise. Due to possible variations in the image scanning process and/or browser screen rendition of any particular item, the illustration should only be taken as a guide to the described shade of any stamp and/or colour of a cancellation.

  • The price of any item is the price quoted by us at the time a specific order is placed. We reserve the right to change any price before an order is placed to reflect any change in market conditions since the time of your original enquiry for the item.

  • Contractual acceptance of an order will only occur after availability of any item(s) has been confirmed and we have received full payment authorisation.

  • Payment may be made by either VISA or MASTERCARD. We do not make any additional charges for payment by credit card on purchases totalling £100 or less. On purchases totalling in excess of £100 we reserve the right to add a service charge of 5% (up to a maximum of £50) to defray the charges levied by the credit card processing company. You can also pay by using PayPal. Our account name is windp@windsorphilatelics.co.uk There is no extra charge for this facility.

  • Payment may also be made by CHEQUE in GB Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank and payable to Windsor Philatelics, and we will accept CASH but only up to a limit of £500 in GB Pounds Sterling, or the equivalent at the time of order in Euros or US dollars.

  • Orders will be despatched within 3 working days of full payment authorisation having been received.

  • A full refund will be given in respect of any item found to be unsatisfactory and not as described in the listing which is returned and received in original sale condition within 7 days of despatch to addresses within the UK or within 14 days of despatch to any address outside the UK. This does not affect the customer's Statutory Rights in the UK. Any such intended return should be notified to us by email stating the reason for dissatisfaction as soon as possible after receipt of the item concerned and before returning it.

  • Please note that whilst we will post to most destinations worldwide, the unavailability of secure insured postal services means that orders cannot be accepted from certain geographical locations. If in doubt please enquire before ordering.

  • All items remain the property of Windsor Philatelics until paid for in full.

  • Postal charges will be levied in accordance with Standard UK Postal Rates on all orders under £100. Orders in excess of this amount will be sent post free by insured/special delivery. No extra charges will be made for secure packing.

  • UK Customers please note: Goods supplied by us are sold under the UK VAT Global Accounting Margin scheme - no VAT applies, and as such input tax deduction will not have been made and will not be claimed by us in respect of the goods sold on any invoice.
